How do I choose my fabrics?
We've added a fabulous range of photos of fabric choices on each of the product pages. We update this regularly. Alternatively, SewYou has a huge collection of new, designer, vintage and rare fabrics we are happy to share with you – just get in touch and we will do our best to source what you are looking for if we haven't already got it!
SewYou can create anything – the product pages you can see are just a small selection. In the past we have also made matching curtains, quilt covers, cot bedding, nappy stackers, toy hammocks, shoe storage and all sorts of bedroom accessories for children.
We've also made bags, purses, clothes, seat pads and roman blinds… you name it. If you do have other sewing requirements just get in touch.
Unfortunately due to time constraints we don't do clothing alterations.
Any bold design will transfer well to bunting flags. Cartoon characters work really well.
Because of the process we use it is possible to replicate anything onto a bunting flag, within reason, including different fonts. It is possible to replicate any lettering in sewn form.
Yes. We would look to source more of it for you or find something that matches. We do have various tricks up our sleeves for making buntings to match existing bedroom fabrics – do get in touch and we'll share our secrets!
As long as the fabric is of sufficient quality we can use it. We can use any weight of fabric up to 'upholstery' weight to make any of our accessories.
Buntings take up to 2-3 weeks normally and there is often a queue around Christmas (from about August time). If you need something by a specific date get in touch and we'll do our best to meet your requirement.
